"I didn't get the verification email"

In 99% of the cases the email is somewhere in another folder. Spam or Social Media or similar.
And in 90% of the cases it happens with Gmail accounts, because Google plays it's own non-standard game in email.

"I found it, but the button is not clickable"

Now we are 99% in the Gmail area. When Google classifies an email as spam, it disables all links.
You need to pull the email from Spam to Inbox, click away any warnings and then the button will become clickable.
